• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables as agreed in the project contract.
• The Company retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
• Any third-party assets (fonts, libraries, icons) used in projects are subject to their respective licenses.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery.
• Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe upon third-party rights.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals or contracts. General terms include:

• Projects typically require a deposit before work begins.
• Final delivery is made upon receipt of the remaining balance.
• Late payments may result in suspension of work or additional charges.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

6. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and depend on timely client cooperation, including provision of content, feedback, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery dates without penalty to the Company.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project or agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovator Solution Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
• The Company will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the Company is unable to begin or complete agreed work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
